Returning Your Order
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. As long as the item(s) are unopened and unused we’ll issue you a full refund within 2 working days of receiving it back.

Return Postage Costs
If you are returning a product because you no longer want it, you will be required to pay any postage costs associated to returning the item to us.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us, before either issuing a replacement or a refund.
If a product is faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for the cost of the specific product.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We aim to assess and authorise returns in 2 working days. You will then receive instructions for returning your item.
Please securely package returns to protect them during transit, and request a proof of purchase in case the product goes missing. Please note, we can can only refund the order cost, not postage or shipping fees incurred in returning the item.
